Track Work / Profiling
Preliminary track surveying and analyses allows us to predict forces on your structure and track. We can modify the profile accordingly and adjust ledgers / replace sections of stack / ledgers to make these alterations a reality. If re-profiling is not a need, we also offer track stack rehab in the top two ply of timber as well as the steel track surface. We can also replace entire stacks of various designs; all the while being able to feather the new in with the old pre-existing track.

3-Axis acceleration testing performed on your rides and roller coasters using an in-house designed combination of accelerators and software. On-site evaluation of data collected on the rides allows for immediate identification of trouble areas of your rides. We can often identify these troublesome zones and recommend a corrective course of action immediately.
